About Lauren
I have danced my entire life with and began taking classes in 7th grade. I began with ballet, jazz, contemporary, then a bigger focus in college on hip hop, eventually guided to partner dancing. On my performance experience, I gogo dance at music festivals and compete in PRO/AM + PRO/PRO ballroom competitions. I teach both American Rhythm & Smooth ballroom styles as well as the Country and Latin social styles. I’m passionate about helping people build confidence, create stunning routines, and enjoy meaningful moments. It is an honor to be apart of someone’s dance journey.

Learning to dance with me as your coach is about movement, music, confidence, and discovering a new way to express yourself. Whether you’ve always wanted to dance or you’re just curious to try something new, this is a space where you can begin exactly as you are. You’ll learn how to move with confidence, understand rhythm and timing, and develop coordination. There’s no rush and no judgment, and when you are ready, we can begin learning dance sequences. Most importantly, lessons are designed to help you feel comfortable in your body and excited to move your body. Whether your goal is confidence, creativity, fitness, or just having fun, i’m excited to dance with you!
