About Senay

I was born and brought up in the UK, and both of my parents are Turkish. Due to the constant push at home to speak my mother language, I have adapted to the language very well. I find that learning a new language can be very challenging, especially for children that grow up in a Turkish household, yet are speaking English at school; therefore I always find that it is important to approach learning in a fun and enthusiastic manner, and not feeling unfamiliar, but rather enjoying the process and wanting to keep learning. Knowing Turkish was an important part of my identity, I decided to go forth to do it for GCSEs and A-levels, and I managed to get the highest possible grades for both; grade 9, and A*!! About the lesson

My lessons are open from all ages from 4-17. (Primary school, GCSE, A-levels). The typical length of the lessons should last around an hour/can vary. I like to use reading to one another as a good tool to learn, however, methods such as, back and forth conversations, flashcards, practice questions will also be used.
