About Amy

I am a qualified primary school teacher (with QTS). I have taught for 5 years- in year 2, 3, 5 and 4 and I am currently English lead. Previously, I taught in Abu Dhabi for 2 years in a British curriculum school before returning home this January.

I teach to meet the needs of the individual child, catering to their interests and unique learning needs. I also think it is highly important to build a strong relationship with the child, in order for them to feel motivated and want to learn. In addition to this, I think it is very important to make learning engaging, as this is where you see the best results.
