About Naveed
From Fear to Passion: My Swimming Journey When I was seven years old, I loved playing with water, but deep down, I was terrified. I feared that water would go into my nose, eyes, and ears, and that fear held me back. There were no teachers to guide me, no one to show me the way—it was just me and my determination. One day, I made a decision: I would challenge myself. I knew I had to overcome this fear, no matter how hard it was. So, I took a deep breath, gathered my courage, and slowly put my face into the water. At first, it was scary, but I kept trying. Step by step, I pushed myself further, learning to trust the water instead of fearing it. That challenge was one of the hardest things I had ever faced, but it changed my life. Over time, I not only conquered my fear but fell in love with swimming. What once scared me became my greatest passion. Today, as a swimming instructor, I understand exactly what it feels like to be afraid of the water. And that’s why I teach with patience, understanding, and a simple method that helps my students feel comfortable and confident. If I could overcome my fear and learn to love swimming, so can you! Before diving into technique, I focus on making sure you feel completely comfortable in the water. We build a bond of trust, making learning fun and stress-free. Once you're at ease, I use a simple yet powerful method—starting with breathing and floating. Within minutes, you'll find yourself floating effortlessly!
From there, we train your legs because strong, controlled kicks are the key to making swimming feel natural and enjoyable. Once you master your legs, swimming becomes second nature—an absolute thrill!
In our sessions, you'll learn the four essential swim strokes: Freestyle, Backstroke, Butterfly, and Breaststroke. These are not just techniques; they are vital survival skills that can make all the difference in the water. Whether you're learning to swim for fun, fitness, or safety, you'll gain confidence and skill with every session.
