About Yousuf
Hello! I'm Yousuf, a passionate STEM student with a strong academic background and a genuine enthusiasm for helping others succeed. Having recently completed my A-Levels in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry, I have received offers to study Chemical Engineering at both Imperial College London and UCL.
Alongside my studies, I served as Deputy President of my school's Engineering Society, completed engineering work experience at Babcock International, and spent a year tutoring KS3 Mathematics. These experiences strengthened my communication skills, patience, and ability to explain challenging concepts in a clear and engaging way.
I pride myself on being approachable, reliable and well-prepared for every lesson. I understand that every student learns differently, so I always aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, learning from mistakes and building confidence.
My goal is not only to help students achieve excellent results in their exams but also to develop a genuine understanding and appreciation of Mathematics and Science that will benefit them long after the classroom.

I believe every student can succeed in Maths and Science with the right guidance and a teaching style that suits them. My lessons are tailored to each student's strengths, weaknesses and learning pace, creating a supportive environment where they feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence.
I have experience tutoring KS3 Maths and helping students improve both their understanding and problem-solving skills. Having recently completed A-Levels in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry and received offers to study Chemical Engineering at Imperial College London and UCL, I understand exactly what exam boards expect and the challenges students face.
Lessons typically last 60 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged if required. During each lesson, I explain concepts clearly, work through examples step by step, and then guide students through practice questions until they can solve problems independently. I also focus on exam technique, helping students recognise common question styles, avoid common mistakes and maximise their marks.
I offer tuition for KS3 and GCSE Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry. Whether a student wants to build confidence, catch up on difficult topics or achieve the highest grades, my goal is to make every lesson engaging, productive and enjoyable while helping them reach their full potential.
