Hello, I'm nia.
I currently attend college to become a sonographer. I am also a fully qualified Fusion Analyst for the Air National Guard. I enjoy spending time with kids as I am the oldest of four. I spend lots of time babysitting in order to earn a little extra money for school

When teaching I like to first allow the person I'm helping solve the problem as they would on their own, or show me a copy of something they already did. From there I find mistakes, or guide through the struggle. If I find that the student has done something wrong with their work I try to understand that prior to helping them fix the issue. This allow room for better understanding and communication on why a student may be struggling with math. I try my best to be understanding while teaching. I prefer elementary through high school.
