About Arwen
As a Shaolin Kung Fu eleve and a Personal trainer, I know the struggle to work on our different fitness levels. I know, that a personalfitness level is not just what you do (form) ,but also the intention (the mindset) you put into it. I know that each body and each spirit is different. Lets go into this as a holistic approach.
Coming from early semi professional ballet training and a long pause to Yoga and Shaolin Kung fu, (I train 6 days a week), I know the different stages of inspiring change. When we accept the "imperfect body", we can work with what we have - an become fit and happy.
