About Dorothea
I have many clients who have gained their health and confidence back.
I am a fully qualified Physical Trainer with the British Royal Navy. I have been a Flight Attendant with Qantas, appearance matters. I will teach you about good wholesome foods. To eat the organic way does not necessarily mean more expense. I will help you combine fasting, yes not eating, to your lifestyle and you will be amazed at how quickly you will start to feel better. I will explain what happens to your body when you choose the wrong foods and even better, what happens when you eat the right foods. I have access to many recipes that do not involve hours standing in the kitchen. You will learn how to make foods for the whole family and your children will still love you.

Join me in the Ketogenic lifestyle, minimum sport required but some is necessary.
Follow my inspirational guidance and feel good about yourself once more. When your body looks good, you will feel good. You will become more vibrant and interesting. In a short space of time you will drop those extra pounds and by doing so your focus on your self esteem will vastly improve.
The basics remain the same for each individual however we will tailor our sessions to you own needs. Are you single or do you want the whole family to become involved? We will devise a strategy to suit all requirements.
I will teach you to read labels and explain why sugar is so dangerous, and give you alternatives. Quitting sugar does not mean never eating sweets or desserts again.
Life is about balance and I will explain how we can still have a glass of wine or beer. You will not have to give up all the good things in life but you will learn how to bring a balance back in. And you will look terrific again and feel much younger and energetic.
