Robert is the founder of Gallowglass academy and organization dedicated to developing players and coaches' own natural abilities. GA uses a game-based approach to learning, believing that experience is the greatest teacher. Through this, players will learn the value of intention behind their shot and learn to manage their mentality under tough match conditions.
