About Andra

I am currently a student, studying Computer Games Modeling and animation at the University of Derby in the UK. It may sound like a controversial subject, but what drove me here was my passion for art and for video games.
I've been drawing and painting since I was 8 years old, I'm not sure if an 8-year old's drawings are relevant, but my mom always said they looked amazing. It's been 12 years of sketching, painting, drawing and failing ( a lot I might add), of countless hours of work, and countless balls of paper thrown in the bin, but it was all worth it. You never finish learning when it comes to art, that's the best part.
I know how hard it is to actually pick up the pen and start drawing, there's a lot of content online and it can get confusing searching through all of it. If you're having trouble with learning the basics or you don't really know where to start or if you even have talent in this area, you've come to the right place.

About the lesson

You might be a complete beginner not knowing a single thing about drawing or art in general or you might've drawn a couple of stick men and hearts at the back of your notebook in your life, but you want to improve and to actually know what you're doing. That's where I come in.
The traditional way of learning how to draw/paint/sketch is a very slow process and can even become boring, trust me I've been there spending hours and hours in art classes drawing things I didn't really enjoy and not understanding the point of it.
I believe that people learn much faster when they are interested in what they're studying, so of course if you're here you're interested in drawing, but if I give you lessons on how to draw the human anatomy and you're interested in monsters and mythical beasts, that's not gonna work for either of us. There are basic things every growing artist needs to learn how to do, but in my opinion, there are more fun and easy ways rather than the traditional approach.
So if you decide to choose this Pokemon *pointing at herself* there are lots of fun and learning waiting for you.

Details

Policies:
-If the travel costs won't be covered by the initial 10 pounds I will need to charge more. Also, the other way round if it's less I will guarantee the change back.
-If you're not suited for a drawing class I won't try to take advantage of you and try to teach you a skill that's not appropriate for you, I am going to be completely honest and give you the opportunity to cancel.
-Before we start the classes I'd like to see some of your artwork to see what I'm working with (this does not apply to small children under 7 years old)
-I do not tolerate any kind of rude or offensive behaviour, this will force me to cancel the tuition
