About Aubrey
- Presently I am a post A-Level student currently on a gap year, preparing applications to study chemical engineering and medicine at the University of Cambridge and Imperial College London.
- I have a deep passion for the physical sciences and mathematics, particularly how mathematical modelling and fluid dynamics apply to improving human health.
- Alongside my academic pursuits, I have gained valuable hands-on experience within the pharmaceutical industry at GSK, alongside significant clinical exposure. This has given me a strong understanding of how the core concepts taught in school maths and science apply directly to cutting-edge real-world technologies.
- I have a proven track record in student support, having mentored Year 7 students in maths. This role allowed me to develop the patience and communication skills needed to help pupils build strong academic foundations.

My Lesson Structure
- Free Introductory Session (30 mins): A relaxed, low-pressure meeting looking over past test scores and identifying specific topics where you may need help.
- Standard Lessons (60 mins): Tailored entirely to your pace. We will use this time to summarise content, work through exam questions, and tackle tricky concepts.
Who I Teach & My Approach
- Target Levels: These lessons can be for anyone studying GCSE or A-Level Mathematics.
- Interactive Focus: I focus heavily on interactive problem-solving rather than just talking at you. You will be actively working through problems to build confidence.
- Proven Methods: Having scored a top 268/300 (A*) in A-Level Maths, I will show you the exact methods, shortcuts, and timing tricks needed to secure top marks.
- Flexible Environment: Sessions can either be held in-person or online via video call, depending on your preference.
