About Coral

Hi, I’m Coral! I’m currently a first-year Chemistry undergraduate at Cardiff University, and I’ve always loved exploring how things work - whether in science, maths or everyday life. At school I achieved an A in both Chemistry and Maths A-level and a B in biology, but what excites me most is sharing that knowledge with others in a way that makes learning feel clear and enjoyable. Alongside my studies, I work at Stagecoach teaching young people, which has given me valuable experience in supporting and engaging learners of different ages and abilities. Beyond my studies, music is a big part of my life - whether I’m singing in a choir or learning new songs on the guitar and piano. I’d describe myself as a creative person, and I love bringing that creativity into my teaching. It helps me make my lessons more interactive so learning feels less like a chore and more like a rewarding experience.

About the lesson

I combine patience, clear explanations, and enthusiasm to create a positive learning environment tailored to each student’s needs. In our lesson, we’ll explore different learning techniques to find out what works best for you. This might include practising exam questions, using active recall, spaced repetition, mind mapping and other proven strategies. The aim is to build your confidence, strengthen your understanding, and help you achieve your personal academic goals.

She has a great amount of resources available, which are great for helping people like me (who aren’t the most academic) achieve my goals. Her way of teaching is so good because you might not understand it but she keeps on going until you do. Honestly I would recommend this 10 times out of 10. If I could rate her teaching it would be 5 stars.
