About Liam
I am about to begin my 3rd year studying Physics at the University of York. I have been doing online tutoring for just over a year and have helped develop and improve the exam results of all of my previous students, some by 3 number grades at GCSE. I work around my studies and mainly tutor in the evenings. I did Maths, Further Maths and Physics at A-level myself and know the subjects well from teaching them throughout the last year or so.

In lessons I will spend up to 3/4 of the lesson going through the concepts as well as examples for the topics we are covering in that lesson. I always include worked examples and practice questions as we go, especially in content-heavy lessons. After that, I then dedicate the remainder of the lesson to exam question practice, and will, if possible, set a few practice exam questions for the student to do between lessons to keep the topic fresh and encourage continued consolidation of a topic. I will also include past topics in some of these practice questions to keep them fresh in the student's memory and constantly revisit topics, making exam revision much easier on the student later on.
