About Anika
I’m a graduate from Cardiff Sixth Form College, the UK’s leading sixth form, which I attended with a scholarship in maths. I achieved triple A star in maths, biology and chemistry. As an incoming King’s College London 1st year dental student, I’m passionate about dentistry, singing and playing the guitar, as well as ice skating. I love volunteering with people of all ages, e.g. I have experience working with children from the age of 4-9 in school, as well as with a range of ages in a hospital setting, and with people of many different backgrounds. I’m looking forward to tutoring because I understand how difficult learning can feel, and how new concepts can be extremely daunting, and want to help ease this transition using my personal experience and catered learning style. I enjoy helping others and am eager to assist more people.

I’m a friendly, patient and supportive tutor who understands that Science and Maths can sometimes be difficult to comprehend. I make learning engaging and easier by helping students visualise concepts using drawings and familiar examples and develop simple ways to remember information and build confidence.
I’ve always learnt using the WJEC exam board, therefore I can ensure that students use keywords to gain the maximum marks in WJEC exams, however my knowledge expands to all exam boards. I look forward to meeting different students and catering my style and pace to you!
