About Linh
I’ve just come through the exact system I’ll be teaching — A-Levels in History, Economics, and Psychology (predicted AAA), built on IGCSE results including A* in History, First Language English, English Literature, and Global Perspectives, plus an EPQ and History NEA along the way. I’ve studied in both Vietnam and the UK, and I’m currently holding offers from UCL, Durham, Bristol, and King’s College London to study Politics & International Relations.

My approach starts from one thing I learnt the hard way: doing well at GCSE, IGCSE, and A-Level is beyond learning the content but also about writing to the mark scheme. Having sat these exact exams within the last year with A* and A results, I know first-hand what examiners are actually trained to reward.
I tailor every session to the student’s specific exam board and specification, since technique requirements — and what “full marks” actually looks like — can vary meaningfully between them. Rather than teaching content and technique separately, I build them together from the first lesson, so students walk into the exam not just knowing their subject, but knowing exactly how to turn that knowledge into marks on the page.
