About Adrian
Hi, I’m Adrian.
I’m a Mechanical Engineering graduate with a 2:1, currently working as an engineer where I support with technical selections, problem solving, and helping people understand complex systems in a clear way.
Growing up, I had ADHD and found it really difficult to focus in school. I was often labelled as lazy, when in reality I just needed learning to be explained differently. It wasn’t until I started finding ways to make things more engaging and practical that everything began to click for me.
I also understand what it feels like to struggle to ask questions. I used to second guess myself a lot, which made learning harder than it needed to be. That’s a big reason why I tutor the way I do now. I make sure my lessons are a space where you feel comfortable to ask anything, take your time, and build confidence without pressure.
My journey into engineering wasn’t about being naturally “gifted” at maths or physics, it was about learning how to understand them properly. That’s what I now help students do. I break things down into simple steps, make lessons engaging, and focus on helping you actually understand the content rather than just memorising it.
I genuinely enjoy helping people improve and seeing that moment when something finally makes sense. That’s what drives me, and that’s what you can expect from my lessons.

Hi, I’m Adrian.
My approach is simple. I make maths and physics actually make sense by breaking things into clear, easy steps and building your confidence.
I use explanations, worked examples, and practice questions, with real-world links from my engineering background so you understand how and why.
Lessons are interactive and focused on real understanding, not just memorising, so you feel involved and confident asking questions.
Sessions are usually one hour, with flexibility for revision or deeper exam prep when needed.
I also focus on building a strong, comfortable relationship where you feel supported, can make mistakes, and enjoy learning without pressure.
My lessons are for GCSE and A-Level students, tailored to your level, pace, and learning style.
