About Elyas
Hi, I'm Elyas Chaal, and I love maths - especially that amazing 'click' when something makes sense and the path to the answer becomes clear! My biggest goal as your tutor is to help you experience that moment, turning confusion into confidence. Achieving a Grade 9 at GCSE showed me it's possible with the right approach. I use a friendly yet structured method: we start with a quick diagnostic to find exactly where you need help (no wasting time!), then tackle those areas step-by-step with a focus on clear explanations and targeted practice. Seeing my younger sister leap ahead two years in maths using this approach proved its power! With my strong foundation (GCSE Maths 9, A-Level Maths B) and focus on building real understanding rather than pummelling a method into your head, I provide professional, online-only tutoring for GCSE students (Foundation/Higher) aiming for Grades 4-9.
