About Amer
Hello, my name is Amer and I am a Computer Science undergraduate with strong academic results in Mathematics and Science, including A grades in A-Level Maths and Chemistry. I enjoy helping students understand difficult topics and build confidence in their abilities.
I have experience supporting homeschooling while caring for a family member, helping with lessons, homework, and exam preparation. This experience has helped me develop a patient and supportive teaching style.
I want to teach because I enjoy seeing students improve and gain confidence in their abilities. Helping someone understand a topic they once found difficult and watching their confidence grow is very rewarding to me.

My teaching focuses on building strong foundations so students develop real understanding rather than simply memorising answers. I break topics down into clear steps and guide students through practice questions until they feel confident solving problems independently.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes, combining explanation, worked examples, and exam-style practice.
I am a Computer Science undergraduate with A grades in A-Level Mathematics and Chemistry, and I have experience supporting homeschooling while caring for a family member.
My lessons are mainly for GCSE students studying Maths, Chemistry, Biology, or Computer Science, whether they need help improving grades, preparing for exams, or building confidence in the subject.
