About Ishaaq
i am someone who would have really appreciated extra support during my time at school, specifically for subjects that I struggled with, and I want to be able to provide the moral support and the guidance for students that i wish i would have had. I have always enjoyed teaching and have enjoyed interacting with students, but have always maintained a professional manner. My job is to create a personalised experience for each student. I tailor teaching methods to match a students unique learning style, by using problem based learning while also being able to teach the content which is required. I focus on creating an environment where the student is comfortable asking questions and notifying me if they have any issues with what is being taught. I strive towards helping students reach their full academic potential, and for them to grow as a person. Many of my previous students have improved in their grades, but more importantly it has helped them more confident and have more belief in their abilities to tackle maths.
