About Sophie
I am a beginner at professional tutoring but have often given help to younger family members with work. I had tutoring for my 11+ exam so know first hand how dull it can be with an adult tutor. I have just sat the exams and have a fresh knowledge of all the content as well as extensive notes and revision guides.

I am a year 13 student who achieved 11 A*s and 1 A in my GCSEs as well as a pass in functional maths. I attended grammar school and am now at a sixth form college. My teaching revolves around what the student is doing currently in school, looking over any difficulties then extending their knowledge further in the topic. I try to make it fun so it is not just another school lesson. I am happy to alter lessons according to the needs of the student.
