About Kelemen
My name is Kelemen Tahin and I am a current A-Level student in Bath taking Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Further Maths. I managed to achieve 8 Grade 8s and 9 Grade 9s in my GCSEs two years ago, and I’m looking to help other students do the same in theirs, I have a host of great techniques and advice that I don’t want to go to waste. I look to build a professional yet not overly formal relationship, as I find this works best for teaching and can also make the sessions something to look forward to rather than a hassle.

I aim to teach subjects how I understand them, preferring a deeper conceptual understanding rather than just surface level memorisation, when students can bring me their target areas and we can work through them together. I can help students understand tricky concepts, and prepare myself if given the target areas prior to the lesson to ensure we can bridge the gap. I have lots of experience mentoring my friends and school when they can’t quite grasp a subject and with my A*A*AA predicted grades (in Maths, Chemistry, Physics and Further Maths respectively) having recently finished my GCSEs I am still able to give course appropriate lessons (as well as giving A-level answers for the really curious). This is ideal for GCSE students who are just lacking the how and the why but are eager to get good grades. I can also give my best tips as for revision for all and any subjects to help ensure that the grades are met, pulling from my own experiences and techniques I used to help me succeed in my own exams.
