About Yuval
Hi, I'm Yuval—a computer engineering graduate from Mumbai and a practicing generative AI engineer currently building production-grade AI systems for the life sciences industry.
My journey in tech has gone well beyond the classroom. I've conducted research at IIT Kharagpur, co-authored an IEEE-published paper in machine learning, and ranked in the top 1% globally in the Amazon ML Challenge 2024. On the job, I build the kind of systems — AI agents, data pipelines, APIs — that most students only read about in textbooks.
But what I enjoy just as much as building is explaining. I write regularly about AI and engineering concepts for a general tech audience, which means I've spent a lot of time figuring out how to make complex ideas click for people at different levels.
I believe the best tutors aren't the ones who know the most — they're the ones who remember what it felt like not to know. I bring both technical depth and genuine patience to every session, and I take real satisfaction in watching a concept finally make sense for someone.
If you're looking for a tutor who's actively working in the field, not just academically familiar with it, I'd love to help you get there.

I'm a BTech computer engineer and working generative AI engineer with hands-on experience building real-world ML and agentic systems—including published research and a top 1% finish in the Amazon ML Challenge. I don't just teach theory; I teach the way professionals actually think and build.
Every session is structured in three parts: we start by clearing conceptual doubts from the previous class, then dive into the core topic with live coding and worked examples, and close with a small problem or mini-project you solve yourself—because retention comes from doing, not watching.
My teaching style is question-first. I'd rather you understand why something works than memorize how to write it. Whether it's Python fundamentals, data structures, machine learning concepts, or getting started with AI tools, I adapt the depth and pace to where you are — not where I assume you should be.
Classes are suited for college students, working professionals, and self-learners looking to break into tech, upskill in Python or ML, or get clarity on concepts their course didn't explain well. Complete beginners are welcome — the only requirement is curiosity.
