About Ruri
Hi I am Ruri from Japan, working as a palliative nurse as well as a yoga teacher. I also guide meditation - such a powerful, mindful activity and spiritual journey! Yoga and meditation have been helping me enormously and I would love to share these great methods to support your well-being / support make your dream come true!

Perfect! It was my first time trying meditation and I'm glad I gave it a try, I'm not sure if it was the meditation itself or Ruri's gentle and warm influence, but it has definitely made a difference to how I feel. I highly recommend it!! 5/5.
