About Maud
I have 4 years of experience teaching singing to school and college students, helping them build strong technical skills while discovering their unique voice. My teaching approach focuses on breath control, pitch, tone, and vocal range, while integrating innovative, interactive methods like improvisation, rhythm exercises, and performance practice.
I create a supportive and motivating environment where students can overcome stage anxiety, develop confidence, and express themselves through music. Every lesson is personalised to align with the student’s goals, whether preparing for recitals, competitions, or casual singing.
My ultimate aim is to inspire students to enjoy the journey of learning singing, grow as confident performers, and cultivate a lifelong passion for music.

My teaching methodology for Singing focuses on confidence building, creative expression, and responsible learning. Communication plays a vital role in my lessons. I clearly explain vocal techniques and encourage open interaction so students feel comfortable expressing their challenges and goals.
Creativity is used to help students enjoy singing and develop individuality. I design creative exercises, vocal exploration activities, and personalised song selections that allow students to express emotion and style naturally.
Cultural sensitivity is deeply respected in my teaching practice. I welcome students from all backgrounds and include diverse musical traditions in my lessons. This helps learners connect with music on a personal level while appreciating cultural diversity.
Accountability is built through goal setting, consistent practice routines, and regular feedback. I guide students to take ownership of their progress and develop strong practice habits. In addition to Singing, I also teach related subjects such as vocal health, ear training, music theory basics, and performance techniques to support complete vocal growth.
