About Kathleen
I am a single mother of three who left the corporate world behind to focus on learning and teaching about the mind/body connection and its importance to our overall health and wellbeing. Having dealt with ongoing physical and mental illness, I understand how important a regular yoga and meditation practice can be and want to share that with others.

I will lead you through an immersive mind/body experience with breathwork, yoga asanas, and a meditation in each session. Lessons are designed for beginners and can be tailored to any level of physical fitness. Classes are great for lowering anxiety and helping to reduce depressive feelings.
