About Alka
For me, teaching is not just a job — it’s a way to open young minds to the world around them. I want to spread knowledge to my future students because I believe understanding our planet helps us make better choices for tomorrow.
When students learn how monsoons affect farmers, why cities grow the way they do, or how climate connects to daily life, they start seeing themselves as part of a bigger story. My goal is to replace rote learning with curiosity. I use stories, maps, satellite images, and real-life examples from places like our own Meerut to show that geography is happening right outside the classroom.
I want to spread knowledge because an informed student becomes a responsible citizen. If I can help you ask better questions, think spatially, and care about people and environments, then I’ve done my job. Every class is my chance to turn confusion into clarity and facts into wonder — so you don’t just pass exams, you understand the world you’ll inherit.

I am a passionate Geography and Social Science teacher with an MA in Geography. My teaching method is interesting because I bring lessons to life through storytelling, real-world case studies, map-based games, and quick experiments. I use tools like satellite images, and current news to explain how climate, rivers, or cities actually work. Students love my “Geography in Daily Life” approach where we connect topics like monsoons to farming, or urbanization to different areas . I also run quiz rounds, role-plays on global issues, and virtual field trips that make tough concepts simple and fun. With my focus on curiosity and hands-on learning, students don’t just memorize — they explore, question, and understand how our planet really function.
