About Aaliyah
As a recent graduate, I am well aware of the difficulties and stress that A-level exams can impose on young students. I myself found the process to be extremely daunting and stressful and would have loved to have support from a younger tutor. Balancing humanities subjects at A-level can be extremely tricky, and often overwhelming due to the amount of content on the specification, I aim to make understanding some of these difficult concepts easier for students to digest. I achieved my dream of getting to Cambridge University to study the subject that I love, and hope to aid sixth form students to achieving their academic goals too.

Offering tutoring for years 7-9 in all subjects, aimed to aid foundational learning before GCSEs. First session will be assessing areas of focus and preferred learning methods of each student, giving me time to conduct tailored sessions to your child's needs. This may include sessions of revisiting content covered in class, going through practice questions and prepared PowerPoint slides. Further, may include focus on essay and writing structure to best answer exam questions.
I completed my A-levels last year, achieving 3 A*s in Geography, History and Politics (achieved the highest mark in the world in A-level Politics). These sessions will typically be 60 minutes long, and tailored to each student depending on areas of need that will be discussed prior to the scheduled session to ensure proper preparation of learning material. Geography tutoring may include coursework support. History A-level tutoring may only be offered depending on the student's exam board and chosen modules.
