About Laura
Hi - My name is Laura. I earned a B.S. in Geology from Clarion University in Pennsylvania -- now known as Pennsylvania West University - Clarion. I also have academic experience in petrology, contaminant hydrogeology from the University of Toledo and Northeastern Illinois University.
In addition to academic experience, I've also worked as a geologist and environmental scientist for a number of small and medium sized environmental companies.

The lessons are specifically tailored to what you need - whether you're dealing with high school earth science class, or entering into college level classes. Our initial lesson will be focused on me learning exactly what you need and the best way to provide it.
And to make it relatable, I'll make sure the lessons feature geology from YOUR geographic location. There are so many stories that the Earth can share.
