About Michael
I am a Geomatics Technician and have experience in engineering -, topographical- and cadastral surveys. I am currently doing an advanced flipping short course with South African Property Investors Network (SAPIN) and I am also an intermediate member of SAPIN. I completed my BTech: Surveying degree this year as well at Cape Peninsula University of Technology.

My teaching method is that I like to keep things as simple as possible. Learning is continuous, and bringing in practical examples is part of my teaching style. I believe, you learn the most when you question everything. If something cannot be proved, then it is a theory and not factual. This is where critical thinking comes in, according to author Robert Kiyosaki of the book "Rich Dad, poor dad", a statement closes the mind, a question opens the mind.
