About Laura
Nice to meet you!
My name is Laura, and for the past two years, I have lived in the beautiful Northern Rivers region of New South Wales, Australia.
Originally hailing from Switzerland, I pursued studies in primary education, cultivating a foundation in the principles of pedagogy. Over the course of my professional tenure, I have honed attributes of patience and empathy in my interactions with students.
Swiss educational institutions often accommodate a diverse of foreign language children, thereby affording me firsthand experience in facilitating education for individuals commencing their language learning journey.
Furthermore, having undertaken the journey of acquiring proficiency in the English language myself, I possess a deep understanding of the inherent challenges associated with mastering a foreign language from its foundational stages.

German is my first language and I have lived most of my life in a German speaking country, as well as studied at a German Speaking University pre-primary and primary education. I am flexible to discuss the lesson's format, length and methodology with the student.
