I am an yogi, educator and dancer practicing for the last 11 years. I am trained in vinyasa, pre and postnatal and yoga therapeutics which allows me to cater to the individual needs of my students. Yoga is for everyone. Let’s chat, discuss your goals and get you there.

I truly believe that yoga is transformative. Part of the beauty is witnessing with consistency, the unlocking of different facets of your body and getting to that place of movement truly being led by breath. My approach is to keep you honed in on what’s going on with your body, while using music and sequencing to allow you to enjoy the process. I want you to get to know your body and to get to know who you are in the process in a safe, supportive and fun environment.
