Hi, I'm Rishi. I’ve been passionate about boxing and fitness for over 8 years, combining hands-on training experience with a deep understanding of strength, endurance, and explosiveness development. Other than snooker and pool coaching, I also specialise in boxing, calisthenics, gym workouts, and cardio training to help clients improve their overall athleticism and health.
I believe that fitness is not just about working hard but working smart, so I tailor every session to fit your unique goals and needs. Whether you’re new to boxing or aiming to improve your athletic performance, I provide structured, motivating coaching that helps you progress safely and effectively.

Each session combines boxing drills, bodyweight exercises, strength training, and cardiovascular workouts to boost your power, endurance, and explosiveness — while also supporting your mental well-being and resilience.
During our sessions, you can expect:
• Detailed instruction on boxing fundamentals, including proper punching technique, footwork, defensive moves, and ring strategy
• Functional calisthenics routines that improve your overall body control, mobility, and strength without needing fancy equipment
• Gym-based workouts focused on muscle building, power development, and injury prevention
• Tailored cardio training to increase your stamina and ability to maintain high-intensity effort
• Conditioning exercises designed to enhance both physical endurance and mental toughness

I deliver lessons in-person across all London zones (including travel within 20 km of Uxbridge for a £10 travel fee), and online coaching internationally via Zoom or video analysis.
Typical formats include:
• One-on-one coaching tailored to your pace & improvement plan
• Small group sessions (2–4 people) for shared learning & reduced cost
• Online skill review sessions with video feedback and structured progression plans
Sessions start at £40/hr in person and £30/hr online, with discounted packs available for series bookings.
