My approach is to establish the interest. Why are your 4-16 year olds doing maths? Well as someone running their own recruitment business, I’ve collected examples of how maths motivates me from the workplace, my health, and have a good enough understanding to give a base knowledge and help to improve overall Maths capability, but also to apply to the real world.
