About Jackie
I've been using computers since 1993. My first was a little macintosh computer. I became enamored with it and became a sponge wanting to learn everything I could about it. Later I was forced or fortunate to learn the PC platform while working in an all PC environment.
I do not claim to be an expert, I have no certificates, only a lot of experience in basic computer usage. I still have a lot to learn, and technology is changing every day. Therefore I know there are many things I do not know. However, there are many I do know and would be so happy to show you how to install apps, open and create a Word document, use Photoshop to enhance your photographs, save your documents, edit your documents, and most importantly how to keep track of where your files and documents reside.

My lessons are for basic computer, page layout, Microsoft Office beginners. I can show you how to maneuver around, save documents, find your documents, send and receive emails, and lots more.
My techniques are one on one either in person or over video chat. I do not offer screen access but can show you what do to with my computer or with yours.
I love to see newbees come to the tech world and as a grandmother, I also especially like to instruct older users like myself.
My classes can range anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes which would be at the discretion of the student.
My first lesson is always free, subsequent lessons are charged by quarter-hour increments which are $7.00.
