About Jean-pierre
I'm a military man. I know alot about fitness and self defense. I'm doing martial arts for more than 20 years now. I love the sport and love to teach others the art. It teaches self discipline together with body strength and flexibility.

I teach individual classes or group classes. It's your choice. I like to warm up the body a bit before I start with stretching. Af af bit of stretching I start with the fun stuff :) the kicking and punching.
