About Pulkit

I am a GMC Registered Doctor (UK) with an MBBS degree, completed 5 years ago, and a considerable experience in clinical medicine. I have successfully cleared relevant licensing exams and have a strong understanding of UK-style medical training and exam expectations.

I am passionate about teaching and have actively mentored and taught medical students and allied healthcare professionals.

I can help students understand the structure of Medical School Interviews (MMI) and practise answering common ethical and communication-based scenarios using a clear, logical framework.

Additionally, I am also willing to mentor/teach GCSE/A level/Med students with Biology .

I will keep things simple for you and help you ace your abilities. You are motivated and mentored always by me.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is concept-driven, and highly exam-focused, designed to help students move beyond memorisation and develop a clear understanding of how to apply medical knowledge in exams and clinical scenarios. Questions are always encouraged by me and I would cross check making sure you meet your goals.

I break down complex topics into simple, logical frameworks with use of memory aids and connect basic sciences with clinical reasoning. I would love to mentor Pre-Med/Med Students or allied healthcare professionals.

My sessions typically include:

Clear concept explanation.
Active questioning to develop clinical reasoning
Exam-style MCQs/SBAs and scenario-based discussion
Identification of your weak areas and reinforcing key ideas.

I adapt the depth and pace of teaching based on the student’s level, whether they are a beginner or preparing for professional exams.

Each lesson is typically 60 minutes, allowing sufficient time for concept explanation, interactive discussion, and practice questions. Longer sessions (90 minutes or more) can be arranged for revision or intensive preparation.

My sessions are suitable for:
MBBS and medical students (Medicine and allied specialities, Epidemiology, Basic Statistics, Physiology, Pathology, Pharmacology, Anatomy)
Pre-medical students studying Biology.
International Medical Graduates preparing for PLAB licensing exams
Students preparing for MMI interviews and ethical scenarios
