About Javier
I started as a personal trainer and fitness instructor more than 20 years ago, helping others to achieve their goals for several years. The last decade of my professional career I have been managing sport centers for international big companies of fitness and welness.

My method is based on setting the target and the proper strategy in order to achieve it, motivating and guiding the student during its training. I do not sell miracles or fake results but nutrition and work out adapted to the student's lifestyle, avoiding absurd challenges, and giving guidelines and constant support to achieve it.
