About Saba
I have bachelor of science in Mathematics, specializing in Statistics. I have over 5 years working experience as a math tutor. Math has been my favorite subject since childhood. I love to think logically, and math can be reduced to logic. I believe math is necessary for all human daily life.

I start my class by introduce topics using multiple representations. The more types of representations can present to students addressing their different learning styles, the more likely they will truly understand the concept being presented. I prefer to show different ways to solve the same problem and encourage the students to come up with their own creative ways to solve them. The more strategies and approaches that students are exposed to, the deeper their conceptual understanding of the topic becomes. I provide at least one opportunity each day for students to solve and explain problems mentally without pencil and paper. This promotes student’s sense making, creativity. I finish the class with a summary.
