About Josh
Sorry. AI version to fill in for now. “I’m a professional photographer based in Las Vegas, with 25 years behind the camera. By day, I work as an institutional photographer, shooting everything from campus events to portraits to aerial drone work — the kind of job that demands technical precision because a single image gets reused across social media, print, and web. That real-world pressure has shaped how I think about photography: not just “does it look good,” but “does it actually work.”
Outside of work, I’m a father of two teenagers, so I’ve got a lot of patience for teaching people at every stage of learning — whether that’s someone picking up a camera for the first time or a working photographer trying to sharpen a specific skill. I like breaking down technique in a way that’s practical and immediately useful, not just theory.”

I’ll fill this out later. Thanks. What AI gave me real quick “Institutional photographer with 25 years of experience, currently working full-time for UNLV covering event, portrait, and drone photography. Shoots on Canon R5 systems and manages a DJI Mavic 3 Pro Cine for aerial work. Specializes in creating images that hold up across real-world, multi-use demands — social media, web, and print — rather than just gallery aesthetics.”
