About Mitch
Going on 20 years of experience giving lessons, I provide skilled instruction to students in Lubbock, Texas, surrounding areas, and online. Picking up the guitar at 11 years old, music has always been a part of my life. After graduating high school, I went on to South Plains College where I graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Commercial Music. This education led me to spend the next 4 years on the road with various bands. I also attended Texas Tech University and studied classical guitar for several years. I graduated cum laude from Wayland Baptist University with a Bachelor’s in music. I am motivated by my love of music and passion to transfer my knowledge and skills to others so that their creativity and talent can really shine.
