As they said "Pahla sukh Nirogi Kaya", I believe Yogic lifestyle is sustainable way of living and staying fit so that we all can enjoy every moment of our lives. So here I am to help you achieve your health goals applying Therapeutic Yoga.
My name is Shipra. I am Navi Mumbai based Yoga Trainer, Persuing Masters in Yogshastra, One Year Diploma holder in Yogic Science, Yoga TTC and did many certificates courses as well. I am running Online and Offline yoga Classes in Navi Mumbai for Groups and also taking private sessions under the name of Yogsatva Yoga classes.
