About Sugandha
I am here to help and guide people to practice body movements as it is going to help them in the long run. The sessions may not be very tiring but they will be very effective. My sessions will be suitable for the people who cannot find energy to do the practice by themselves, have busy work schedule and didn't have much time to go out. The sessions are a complete package from practising yoga to meditation to breathing.

Classes will be 6 days in a week 45 minutes session. Sequence will be like wise Prayer, Warm-up, Static Asanas, Dynamic Asanas, Breathing, Meditation. The lessons will be suitable for anywhere between 20-60 age group. if anyone suffering from disease do let me know prior.
