About Nate
Hello! I’m Nate, a Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Medical student with a 4.0 GPA across an intensive science curriculum including General Chemistry I & II, Organic Chemistry I & II, Biology I & II, Microbiology, Anatomy & Physiology I & II, Applied Statistics, Developmental Psychology, and more.
Before pursuing medicine, I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and worked in the music industry. Upon switching careers, chemistry was the first class that gave me confidence in my ability to succeed in the sciences, and I owe much of that to the support of fellow students. Now, as a tutor, I want to offer that same support—helping students master the material while feeling confident and capable every step of the way.
I’ve refined my teaching skills through extensive tutoring experience, working with undergraduates in rigorous pre-med courses and middle school students in underserved Los Angeles communities. Across ages and academic levels, I’ve helped more than 50 students achieve their target grades while building durable study skills and academic confidence. Although I frequently work with undergraduate students in Organic Chemistry, General Chemistry, and Biology, I welcome students at different stages who are committed to mastering the material.

Earning a 4.0 hasn't been the product of raw talent, but of mastering efficient, high-impact study systems. Because I actively tutor courses I have recently taken, I understand precisely where most students struggle and how professors design their exams. As a result, my approach goes beyond teaching general concepts and walking through isolated problems. I teach students how to:
• Break complex material into clear, test-ready frameworks
• Memorize information strategically and retain it long-term
• Prove mastery through guided discussions and problem sets
• Identify weaknesses quickly and correct them efficiently
• Connect topics cohesively to drive a deep understanding
