About Emma
I am a classically trained pianist with 16 years of experience. I recently graduated from the University of Texas at Austin's Butler School of Music with an emphasis in music theory. Previously, I taught piano lessons to young students for five years and have been studying music theory for my entire life.

I teach lessons to children of all ages and levels of experience, and my goal is to encourage my students to become engaged and appreciative of the music that they are learning. I always teach music theory because I think it is important to understand the music that one plays. My method varies based on my student because I believe no one person learns the same way.
