About Rio
For the duration of my secondary education, science subjects were always my favourite which is why I continued to study them at A-level. Because of my passion for the subjects I'm able to explain concepts and content in a straight forward and understandable.
I'm very patient and willing to change how I explain something in order for the student to understand it as I know not everyone learns the same way.
Having only just finished my GCSEs I'm well aware of the struggles of being overwhelmed and not understanding but not wanting to ask out of fear of judgement, so any of my students should know if they don't understand anything I am more than happy to go over it until they do.

Tutoring would be specific to the student, skipping over topics they already comfortable with and focusing on areas of weakness. I would do this using the methods that I found to be most effective when revising myself and helping those around me.
The lessons are a minimum of half an hour and up to an hour and a half. Weekday lesson are typically available from 5:30pm up until 9pm (wednesday and friday can be earlier)
Weekends will be available from 12 pm to 5:30pm
As of yet I have no formal experience as a tutor, but having only recently finished my GCSEs I know the content and know the methods that worked best for me and my classmates.
I achieved a 9,9,8 in chemistry, physics and biology respectively.
My lessons are for students currently studying GCSE content (year 9/10-11)
