About Danike
Hi, my name is Danike, I'm a qualified Gr4-9 teacher with 20 years experience, 5 years online. I have a good understanding of curriculum and assessment in South Africa and the UK. I've worked with many different types of students and formed a positive bond with all of them. I will make the lessons engaging and meaningful for your child. All my students make progress and enjoy the lessons which results in their confidence being boosted.

I prepare my lessons in a structured manner but always have extra activities and games for extension, brain brakes and where a topic needs more intervention. I'm truly passionate about teaching students online and this makes the lessons fun and enjoyable. I use a range of different tools to keep the student engaged and to help with their understanding. Because I've been teaching for many years I understand the importance of forming a relationship with my students so that they feel comfortable and can learn well and gain confidence.
