About Masood
Allowing me to teach you or your child maths, would enable me to keep fresh the skills I have built as I aim to pursue maths at the university level next year, whilst enabling me to give back and stay in a line of work I thoroughly enjoy. As a sports coach coming up to 6 years at a multisport camp with 200+ children, starting out as a volunteer, teaching people new skills and building rapport with participants; seeing both parents faces when I feedback positive and growth in the participants when constructive feedback is given are some of the most fulfilling things that I have the privilege to be a part of. Having helped my sister, who doesn't take naturally to maths pass her GCSEs and aided younger students with maths in school mentorship programmes, I believe I could be of great service to you if you allow me to be.

After achieving a 9 at GCSE and A* at A-Level, I realised that maths is a subject built off of pattern recognition and repetition. Our first free lesson is we will build rapport, understand your goals and motivations and current ability, then jump straight into working on them. We will use repetition to build familiarity using the many techniques in maths and then apply them to exam questions, or scenarios where you would use them most and work on recognising when to apply which skill. Doing this over time, we will see you problem solve in no time!

Phenomenal tutor, helped me with exam technique and actually understanding what I was doing.
I am Masood’s sister, I’m 17 years old. Throughout my GCSEs Masood tutored me in Maths. Before Masood started tutoring me I was struggling and I was not passing at the time. However with Masood’s tutoring I was able to achieve a grade 5. Masood is very patient and will ensure that his tutee fully understands the work. At the start of his lessons he recaps what was taught in the previous lesson. Which I found very useful in helping me retain information.
