I graduated from the IB Diploma Program so I’ve been through exactly what you’re going through. I achieved a 44 out of 45, with my three higher levels being Biology, Chemistry, and Maths (I got full scores for all of them). Now, I’m studying at McGill University majoring in Anatomy and Cell Biology.
