About Mayowa
I have had success in teaching profesion over the years. I have spent more than 9 years as I have taught both in primary and secondary schools. At the primary level, I have taught classes like primary two, primary three, primary four and primary five. There at the secondary level, I have taught subjects like Biology, Basic sciene, Mathematics, Grammar, social studies, Agricultural science and Geograpgy.

The purpose of education is to make individual become aware of himself/herself; about his/her environment and maximazing his/her potentials in order to become self actualized. It is worthy to note that every student is unique in his own way. All students are not the same in personality. For instance, we do have the slow learners in class as well as fast learners. In view of this, it becomes imperative for the teacher to adopt the best teaching method that benefits the students. I often use the "student- centre discussion". This makes the students become the centre of learning. Everyone is carried along in the teaching and learning process. Questions are being asked from the students in order to evoke deep thought on the subject matter. As such, students are not just there in the class to listen but also to contribute when necessary.
