About Fabienne
I am Fabienne - I am bilingual in English and French, as I have lived and been educated in both the UK and France for the past 20 years. I have also lived in China for six months whilst studying Chinese at Sichuan university. Furthermore, I have also completed several Spanish language courses in Spain over the past 5 years.
In regard to my eduction, I did a Literary Baccalaureate in France in 2017, and I have recently graduated with a BA in Combined Honours in Chinese, English Literature and Spanish & Latin American Studies at Newcastle University in the UK.
I already have both experience tutoring one to one and small group teaching either in person or online using Zoom or VooV meeting.
During my time studying in China, I was presented with the opportunity to tutor several native Chinese students English and French, which has motivated me to continue teaching students online via video chat since returning to the UK and this encouraged me, alongside my studies, to do a 150 Hour TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) course and a 20 Hour Teaching English online course.
I also have experience teaching KS2/3 and GCSEs students French and Spanish.
As a tutor/teacher, I am enthusiastic and positive; I believe I am able to encourage and support my students. I thoroughly enjoy studying foreign languages and cultures, and I hope to share this passion with my students.
